Sharon Morgan, New Leader Promotions: Always reinvent yourself. Find what makes you excited with your product and our opportunity and share THAT at your Shows. People love when other people are excited and passionate about what they’re talking about. So know exactly what’s going to make you excited about our product and opportunity and sell it like crazy!

Heather Cunningham, Organizational Growth: One of the things I have always tried to do is stay in touch with all girls on my team even if they are inactive, casual sellers, or work their business full time. I have had a few girls that didn’t do anything for over a year but I still checked in to see how they were doing and kept asking them if they were ready to get started again. Recently 2 girls on my team that were gone for a year have come back. So don’t think just because they are inactive that they quit the business all together, sometimes life just gets in the way and they need to wait for a better time to get started again.

Tracy Burton, Sponsoring: The “Who Do I Know?” list  is not just for new Representatives. Anytime you need a boost in your business – whether it is a boost in sales, bookings, or sponsoring – review and add to your Who Do I Know list. Then pick out people to connect with and grow your business! The “Who Do I Know” list can be found in the 2014 Planning Calendar, as well as on Members Only (New Representative/Training Guide and Forms/First Steps Guide Pages 5-6).

Barbara Vogel, New Representative Highest Sales: Book in as close as possible. Do some events for exposure. Talk about and share your business at all your shows and where ever you are.

Sarah Mellendorf, Show Average: Whether you’ve been with Signature HomeStyles for 25 minutes or 25 years, never miss the opportunity to learn more. Participate in meetings, conference calls, Facebook groups, etc. There are always opportunities to learn and improve.

Deania Trimble, Sales: No matter where you are in the business, it is your choice where you take your business. Sometimes, life and events happen, and we are detoured. This is when we have our choices. Choice A—go to your corner and do the “woe is me” and stay lost. Choice B—Call upon the Lord and He will give you the strength and courage to find your way. You cannot just sit there, you have to get out there and do your part. Sometimes the way back is winding, but look how you have grown, and from where you have come. Just so you know, this tip comes from personal experience!
